How does it Work?
An outsource Employee is simply an employee that works for a foreign client but does so remotely from the icrindia office in India. An outsource Employee works for the foreign client just like an employee working physically from the office of the client and so:
The client will instruct you as to your their daily tasks, responsibilities and duties.
The client will decide how you implement and executes your work.
The client decides how you collaborates and communicates with each other e.g. via phone, Skype, email, video conferencing, remote pc software etc…
The client supervises and monitors your work.
The client provides you with any required training.
The client sets your work deadlines.
The client decides what hours you work.
You will follow the clients instructions, guidelines, ask the client any questions, submit your work to the client and provide the client with updates.
The client and not icrindia are in complete control of your work. icrindia takes care of all the non-work related responsibilities.
