The Recruitment Process
The icrindia HR department searches for candidates that may potentially be suitable to fill vacant job positions with our foreign clients. A HR executive will contact you and after communicating with you via email/ phone, if appropriate they will invite you to our office for an interview. All candidate interviews are initially conducted by a icrindia HR executive. If the HR executive feels you have the skills and qualifications suitable for the job vacancy we currently have, then your resume will be submitted to the client. Typically icrindiasubmits to the client between 5-10 resumes for technical positions and 3-8 resumes for back office positions.
With icrindia although you work for our company, you work directly with our clients. Accordingly, we let the client decide the employee he/she would like to work with. To help the client decide who they would like to hire, we let the client interview any candidates they feel could be suitable for the position. Thus once the client is in receipt of the resumes, the clients will normally shortlist between 1-3 candidates that they want to interview.
When a client selects a candidate to interview, the icrindia HR department then communicates between the client and you, (the candidate) to schedule a time/date to conduct the interviews.
