A 5-day workshop on “Writing and Photography” was  conducted by Intercultural Resources in collaboration with Indo-Global Social Service Society (IGSSS) for youth in Fardipuri, Patel Nagar from 14 February to 18 February 2018. The participants mostly college going and +2 students were trained on how to create a wall newspaper by focusing on social issues in their community. Photographic and writing skills were injected into the participants to equip themselves for the task. The intense workshop involved regular classes on writing, reporting, interviewing, photographing, editing coupled with rigorous fieldwork and exercises. On the fifth day, the group produced 3 illustrious wall newspapers covering several social issues in their immediate environment.
