Tehelka Rape case: Shoma Chaudhury should be arrested: Vidya Shet

The chairperson of the state commission for women of Goa, Vidya Shet, on Monday hit out at the managing editor of the Tehelka magazine, Shoma Chaudhury, in the journalist sexual assault case.
